Delivery

Delivery is usually 3 - 4 working days via recorded delivery by Royal Mail.

Please allow up to 14 working days on exclusive items from the U.S.A

• We aim to deliver your goods to you within 3 days providing your order is in stock.
• We will email you as soon as your items have been despatched
• Our delivery provider is either Royal Mail.

Please note delivery times are only an estimate and are subject to Royal Mail.

Deliveries will need to be signed for by someone over the age of 18, if not then a card will be left to arrange a different delivery time or collection.

Returns Policy

• Items to be returned within 7 days from date of delivery ( after 7 days credit will be issued only)
• Items should be unworn and in original condition in which they were received.
• Exlusive designs are non-refundable although can be altered.
• Items may be returned for exchange or refund
• Returning items are the responsibility of the customer for postage/cost

Our advice is that items are returned using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

With out 7 day returns policy we will not accept items for return unless they are faulted - we reserve the right to use seek an expert opinion to define whether items are faulted.

Your goods will come with an invoice & returns form - to return your goods you must complete and sign the returns form and include it in the package.

Please ensure you receive a proof of postage receipt.

Refunds will be debited to you account usually within 28 days to the account you used to purchase - this will be dependant on your card issuer
